Return Policy - Exchange and Return Products

QBUY DMCC is dedicated to selling high-quality goods. We understand that you may wish to exchange or return an item you purchased.


We would happily refund or swap the product if appropriate, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All items must be returned within 7 days after the transaction date, provided that they are in excellent and unused condition, are in original packaging, and include all necessary documents (order confirmation, delivery note, and invoice), components, and accessories.
  • When requesting a refund, a genuine cause (e.g., manufacturer fault, wrong product supplied…) is necessary.
  • Audio goods must be brand new and unopened in their original packaging.
  • Customers may request product collection for refund and are responsible for any/all return fees.
  • For all online purchases, the Customer must apply for cancellation through the Qbuyme website. (Go to your orders and click the ‘Contact Customer Support’ button.)


  • We accept returns for any requested product returns made from foreign orders in the conditions listed below.

Return as a result of a change of heart:

  • QBUY DMCC understands and accepts returns due to a change of heart if a request to return the product is received by us within 7 days of delivery of the item and returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
  • The client must arrange for return shipment and bear any return shipping charges, import tariffs, and taxes, which must be paid at the customer’s own.
  • The value of the item will be reimbursed as store credit for future purchases, but the value of any shipping paid will not be refunded.

Return for Wrong Item Delivered / Defective Item:

  • If a faulty or inaccurate item is delivered, QBUY DMCC will pay for the return shipping charges (kindly contact us before sending the parcel back, so we may proceed forward by providing a free return service).
  • If a faulty or inaccurate item is returned without first alerting QBUY DMCC, QBUY DMCC will refuse to refund any shipping charges.
  • All items returned as damaged are inspected by our technical team before a refund is issued. If necessary, the item may be returned to the manufacturer for additional examinations.

Repair Service/Warranty Returns:

  • The to and from shipping charges, as well as any import duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the client for any warranty returns or repair services required.
  • Please read the warranty terms and conditions listed below for additional information about the warranty.
  • Contact our customer service staff for any other return cases, and they will walk you through the process and provide you with all necessary information.
  • Until they are delivered to QBUY DMCC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, all goods/products remain the responsibility of the customer.

The following products and services are non-refundable or non-exchangeable:

  • Services such as labor, delivery, and/or completed installation.
  • Items that are broken or have been misused, as well as items that are lacking accessories.
  • Any open box or pre-used products that have been purchased.
  • Clearance items or things those are only available for a limited time.
  • Incorrect or broken packaging was returned.
  • Items that have been etched or otherwise personalized (stickers, engraving, etc.).
  • Products that have been damaged or used and are no longer sellable.
  • If the goods has already been delivered or installed, delivery and installation expenses.
